Spinach and Mushroom Scramble

If you haven’t tried Arty’s Party Rub with eggs yet then watch out.  Your taste buds are about to get rocked! This flavor explosion is sure to start your morning out with a bang and not only is it delicious, but it is also nutritious.  I’m sure you will agree this is the only way to eat eggs.

Simply put, I don’t eat eggs without it anymore.  I’m not just saying that because this is the guide to Arty’s Party Rub, I truly don’t eat eggs without the rub.  Simple as that.  In fact, I dare you to try this recipe out and tell me you want to eat them differently.

I never really liked scrambled eggs before I tried this recipe out.  If I ate eggs, I would eat them over easy with a little salt and pepper.  However, one day when I was first sharing my rub to see how people liked it, my friend Gabe told me he used the rub on his eggs almost every morning.  I thought, if it’s good enough for him to eat every day then I have to try it out.  Sure enough he was right.  So, I took the scramble a little further and added a couple of veggies to liven things up.

  • Knife

  • Non stick pan
  • Spatula


  1. Whisk eggs, spinach and mushrooms in a bowl until eggs are mixed up.
  2. Pour into pan at medium low heat and cook eggs until no longer runny.
  3. Place on plate and add Arty’s Party Rub to taste.
