Fast food, microwaved burritos or even that tempting bag of chips can leave you feeling unimpressed with your hasty decisions. Keep reading and I’ll help you avoid those unsatisfying meals and keep you satiated time and time again.
I used to be a victim of convenience, always going out to lunch. Even though it was a bit more expensive, I always thought it was easier then trying to pack a great meal. Fortunately, I have a killer fiancee who knows how to pack a punch and a lunch! She showed me how the pros do it and I haven’t looked back.
Now, I’m not saying I won’t splurge on a Juicy Burger every once in a while. However, for the most part, I try to bring my lunches to work. At least once a week I make one my favorite meals called Quick Chicken and I always make sure there are plenty of leftovers. One of my favorite lunch meals my fiancee makes is the Quick Chicken Wrap. Follow these steps and you’ll never go out to lunch again!
Quick Chicken Wrap
Rate the Quick Chicken Wrap
- Quick Chicken (hot or cold)
- Place the tortilla down flat and add the chicken, avocado, lettuce and tomato each on top of each other in that order making sure to leave about an inch of room on every side.
- Fold 2 of the sides in.
- While holding the two sides in begin rolling the wrap making sure not to push the ingredients out the top while you roll.
- Eat the wrap.
